We can connect customers to Lexware Office (cloud version) within Mainteny, by using Zapier. As soon as a customer has an Invoice which gets the status Sent, the invoice PDF gets stored in a separate S3 bucket on AWS, and then the PDF gets uploaded to Lexware Office.

NOTE: The customer needs to have a license for the cloud version which is called Lexware Office.

We need the following information from the customer:

  1. Login credentials for their Lexware Office account
  2. A fixed email with which they login into Mainteny as a Service Manager (which will never be deleted from their side)
