We can connect customers to Bexio within Mainteny, by using Zapier.

As soon as a customer has an Invoice which gets the status Sent, the invoice PDF gets stored in a separate S3 bucket on AWS, and then the PDF gets uploaded to Bexio.

The customer needs to give us the following information:

  1. Login credentials to their Bexio account
  2. A Service Manager user email with which they login into Mainteny (and that will never get deleted from their side either)
